Raising Earth Light invites participants into a deeper relationship with the living body of Gaia and the luminous energy that moves through her inner realms. Drawing from ancient earth wisdom, myth, and embodied practice, this session explores how light is generated within darkness — from the way seeds awaken underground to the formation of crystals deep within the earth’s womb.

In this experiential hour, Charlotte introduces Earth Light as a living, accessible force that can be consciously activated and drawn into the body. Participants will learn how to connect with this stabilizing, regenerative energy to nourish the nervous system, support healing, expand creative flow, and deepen their sense of belonging within the natural world.
