Ashley Bennett is a Usui/Holy Fire III® Karuna Reiki® Master, Sound Healer, Cacao Guide, Sacred Ceremonialist, and Retreat Facilitator. Since 2018, she has been in deep communion with Reiki, Sound, Cacao, Community, and Ceremony—using each as a pathway for remembering, healing, and returning to the light and love within.

Her work is rooted in the belief that so much of what we seek can be found through the wisdom of the heart. Rather than looking outside ourselves for answers, Ashley invites others to reconnect with the inner space where truth, purpose, healing, and abundance already live.

Through Reiki training, individual sessions, special events, workshops, cacao ceremony, sound healing, and retreats, Ashley walks alongside others as they open more fully to their own becoming. Her approach is deeply heart-centered, honoring each person’s unique path while creating space for reflection, connection, and transformation.

Ashley describes this journey as the ever-unfolding rose of the heart—a continual invitation to soften, listen, remember, and live more fully in alignment with purpose. She sees the light within each person she serves and is deeply honored to walk beside them as they reconnect with it.
