The Early Goddess Morning is a unique and intimate gathering designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, beginning at 8:30 AM.
Kickstart your day with rejuvenating
Yoga and Meditation, followed by a gathering with guest speakers and a delightful breakfast of
fresh fruit, berries, nuts, grains, coffee, and tea. This exclusive event is the perfect way to fuel yourself for the day ahead.
Morning Start Yoga
Join Mindy Arbuckle for Shakti Rising: Embody the Goddess Within—a 30-minute sacred movement practice designed to awaken your inner goddess and reconnect you with the living current of Shakti, the creative, wild, and wise energy of the Divine Feminine.
Through breath, creative asana, and mantra, this accessible and empowering class invites you to move, feel, and rise—rooted in reverence. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Mindy’s guidance will help you start your morning grounded, inspired, and connected.
Mindy is joining us with over 24 years of teaching experience, Mindy is a devoted yoga teacher whose classes blend classical yoga, mantra, meditation, energy healing, and goddess wisdom. Rooted in the lineage of tantra and infused with love, her teaching is known for sacred intentionality, spiritual insight, and the embodiment of the Divine Feminine. Mindy believes yoga is more than a practice—it’s a way to remember who you are, activate your intuition, and live with courage and joy.
To make the morning even more magical, you'll be joined by our incredible Morning Goddess Guest Speakers. Their presence and inspiring words will set a powerful tone for the day, preparing us all for the transformative experiences that await.
After breakfast, we’ll take a short break before gathering at Sacred Grounds for a captivating Opening Ceremony led by Rev. Dr. Judy DeRosa. This ceremony will set the intention for the entire festival, grounding us in shared purpose and divine energy.
