Melissa Horn is a Mariposa-based photographer, artist, social worker, musician, and sound healer whose work is deeply connected to creativity, community, and the natural world.

Through Yolovivi & The Sound Experience, Melissa creates immersive sound baths designed to invite rest, reflection, and inner stillness. Using soothing tones, layered harmonics, and intentional sound, she guides participants into a meditative state where the mind can soften, the body can relax, and space can open for renewal.

Her creative life spans visual art, photography, music, and healing work, allowing her to bring a uniquely expressive and grounded presence to every experience she facilitates.

Melissa describes herself as a “solivagant, observer of stars, collector of rocks, creator of music, and lover of silence.” That spirit of curiosity, reverence, and quiet wonder is woven throughout her work.

As a member of the Mariposa community, Melissa brings an authentic local voice to Yosemite Goddess Festival and offers participants a chance to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves through sound.
