Opening Ceremony
Rev. Dr. Judy DeRosa

The Yosemite Goddess Festival begins with a sacred Opening Ceremony led by Rev. Dr. Judy DeRosa, a visionary Echota Cherokee artist, Reiki practitioner, and minister. Judy’s life and work are devoted to channeling universal energies of healing, creativity, and connection. Her artistry—spanning painting, jewelry, and symbolic works inspired by many cultures—has touched lives around the world, carrying messages of light, joy, and transformation.

In this ceremony, Judy weaves her gifts as an artist and healer to call in balance, harmony, and intention for the festival weekend. Drawing from her deep spiritual practice and her role as a joyful messenger of this new millennium, she will guide participants into a shared space of reverence, gratitude, and unity. Together, we will open the circle, honor the land, and set the energy for a weekend of discovery, celebration, and sacred community.
