About This Session
Have you ever wondered who your Spirit Guides are—or how to recognize when they are trying to connect with you? Spirit Guides: Connect, Grow & Build is an introductory experience designed to help you better understand the spiritual support that may already be surrounding you. Corrina Male will introduce participants to different types of Spirit Guides, explore ways to recognize and communicate with them, and share practices for developing a stronger relationship with your own spiritual team. Whether you are completely new to the idea of Spirit Guides or already feel a connection and want to deepen it, this session offers a welcoming place to explore. Corrina will also guide participants through a “Meet Your Guides” meditation, giving you an opportunity to quiet the outside world, listen inward, and open yourself to insight, connection, and guidance.
Things to Know
No previous meditation or intuitive experience is needed. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. Participants will take part in a guided meditation, so comfortable seating and a quiet, receptive mindset are encouraged.
