T.A.T. Workshop: Tapas Acupressure Technique with Jackie Burs
Jackie Burns
About This Session
Sometimes the patterns we most want to change are the ones that seem hardest to move.
In this 90-minute experiential workshop, Jackie Burns introduces participants to Tapas Acupressure Technique (T.A.T.), a gentle approach that combines specific acupressure touch points with focused attention and reflection.
Rather than requiring forceful emotional processing, T.A.T. invites participants to slow down, become present with what they are experiencing, and explore the relationship between thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and the body.
Jackie will introduce the foundations of the technique, explain how it is practiced, and guide the group through an opportunity to experience T.A.T. for themselves.
Participants may use the practice to explore an area of stress, an old belief, a recurring emotional response, or another personal pattern they would like to approach with greater awareness.
The workshop is intended to be approachable for beginners while also offering a meaningful experiential practice for those already familiar with energy work, mindfulness, or complementary wellness techniques.
This is not about forcing something to change. It is an invitation to create space, listen inward, and experience a gentle practice that may offer a different way of relating to what you carry.
